You may return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How do I start a return?
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return. We will arrange a pickup or guide you on where to send the item.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Non-returnable items
Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Sale items may only be exchanged subject to availability.
